"Showing Their Scales" and "The Hockey Farmer"

We are pleased to introduce the works of local B.C. authors KP Wee and Farhan Devji to you:

"Showing Their Scales" contains three tales of lies, lust, and deception. These are short novels which deal with betrayal and revenge, with three main male characters and how they end up hurting the women in their lives.

"The Hockey Farmer" is a story about Logan Watt, who hails from Cochrane, Alberta, and has to decide whether to rehabilitate the legendary family farm or pursue an unlikely career in professional hockey. The story also shifts to Vancouver and contains numerous Vancouver Canucks references.

With RJ out of the picture...

I'm the lead writer on OA! =)

No, seriously, I haven't had time to write on here or on Bleacher, for that matter! I've been spending more time on my manuscript instead... I've decided to use the words "Rainbow Trout" in my third ms.

We'll see how that goes!

And I must say, I was hugely impressed with the work of the graphic designer on the cover of my first manuscript. That one hit the ball way out of the park--to use a baseball reference!

(Haha, that was also the quote Alex used on Apprentice III when talking about the plexi-glass table that he and Bren came up with in the Staples project. Seemed like *I* was the only one amongst everyone I knew, that liked the product.)

In the meantime, I did post on www.overanything.com, so that'll hopefully stay there till RJ comes back!
